Established in September 1995 by a local group of Businessmen.  Werner Robles, its President and Executive Director has been investing in Real Estate since 1989 when he purchased his first investment home.  He has sought new ways to diversify the company assets leading to the creation of several joint venture programs.  With a background in real estate investing and note purchasing, First Capital Funding Corporation have purchased and sold several millions in real estate and mortgages. 

In 2006, First Capital Funding Corporation started the first Real Estate Investing Joint Venture Program in the Nation where members located homes in their area, contracted them, sold them and divided the profits 50/50.

Well versed in the purchase of Owner financed real estate notes, loan portfolios, First Capital Funding Corporation has used the knowledge and experience acquired in other endeavors including the creation of new systems and technologies that streamline the process and ensure maximum profitability.
